LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

Position Overview Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a flexible, PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float capacity, working various shifts across multiple departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical. Responsibilities: Provide patient care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to care standards. Float between facilities and adapt to different clinical settings. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, current LPN license, and recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med Surg, two years for critical care and ED). Certifications required include BLS; ACLS, PALS, and IV certification preferred. Experience with Epic is a plus. Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
