LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care by utilizing the nursing process under supervision or RN direction. Responsible for maintaining patient rights and confidentiality while coordinating care across departments. Responsibilities Float between various hospital departments including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical units.Deliver patient care in multiple facilities, ensuring professional accountability and adherence to care standards.Participate in flexible scheduling with day or night shifts, without weekend or holiday requirements.Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and interventions, maintaining high-quality care standards. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited LPN program.Current LPN license and active in the state of practice.Minimum of 1 year recent bedside experience in Med Surg; 2 years for specialty units like ED or ICU.Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred for critical areas; IV certification essential.Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform other physical tasks.Preferred: Epic experience.
