LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

Join a flexible nursing team providing patient care across various hospital departments. Utilize the nursing process under supervision or RN guidance to deliver quality care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. Responsibilities include coordinating care with other departments, maintaining professionalism, and adapting to different shift needs. This role involves floating between multiple facilities and departments such as Behavioral Health, Emergency, ICU, and Medical-Surgical units. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, hold an active LPN license, and possess recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med Surg, two years for specialized units). Certifications required include BLS; ACLS, PALS, and IV certification are preferred for certain specialties. Physical demands involve lifting, prolonged standing, and performing physical movements like reaching and bending. Ideal candidates may have experience with Epic systems.
