LPN - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

Position Overview This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or guidance, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments. The position emphasizes maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient care in a flexible, incentivized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) capacity.Work in Medical-Surgical units, with shifts varying based on availability, including nights and weekends.Participate in scheduling, with no mandatory weekend or holiday shifts.Respond to short-notice shift opportunities within the Gig Nursing Program, which involves responsibility for minimum hours and potential cancellations. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required.Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, with current licensure and compliance with state requirements.At least one year of recent bedside LPN experience in Med Surg.Preferred: Epic experience, BLS, and IV certification.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients, handling up to 50 pounds.
