Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily menus according to established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service begins
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Adept to special requests with flexibility and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred, especially in breakfast/brunch service
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
