Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries and complaints
- Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
- Perform administrative tasks for area or shift
- Maintain filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Interact with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims
- Coordinate processing of export orders in the AES system
- Using the WMS system, update area or shift metrics as needed
- Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed
- Secondary support of local team as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience working with warehouse management systems, order management systems and/or Manhattan
- HS Diploma or GED or BS/BA degree in Logistics, Biology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of warehouse operational procedures, including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management and cycle counting
- Knowledge of major WMS functions and how they relate to operational procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills to include communication, presentation, and resolution management with an ability to remain calm and exhibit professional behavior at all times
- Working knowledge of MS Office
Pay & Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Paid weekly at $20.00 per hour
