Logistics Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Brief Description

• Accurate project and weekly pulling.
• Accurate monitoring of daily shipping reports.
• Load all truck lines and expedited shipping requirements.
• Oversee SAP Shipping system.
• Monitor and respond to internal email requests.
• Request extra swaps when needed.
• Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency, and cost savings programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Educational: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Shipping experience preferred.
• Skills and Key Attributes: Computer knowledge. Must be self-motivated. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team environment. Basic math skills, and attention to detail. Ability and desire to learn new skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the loading of all truck lines and handling expedited shipping needs. This role oversees the SAP Shipping System, ensuring smooth operation. Key duties include accurate project picking, as well as the precise and timely generation of packing slips, bills of lading, and daily shipping reports.
