About the role
Help shape the future of healthcare and life science logistics. At Mercury, we move shipments that matter — diagnostic kits, medical devices, and life-saving materials that fuel innovation in healthcare and life sciences. Our clients count on us for speed, precision, and peace of mind. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Logistics Guide — someone who thrives on solving complex problems, taking ownership, and delivering world-class service every single day.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients — by email, phone, and portal — to ensure every shipment moves smoothly from pickup to delivery.
- Recommend the right service level based on urgency, temperature, and risk. Act fast when problems arise — coordinate with carriers and internal partners to keep shipments on track.
- Track every movement, anticipate potential delays, and communicate updates before clients ask.
- Review domestic and international documents for accuracy, compliance, and customs readiness.
- Work in our internal Transportation Management System, and Mercury CRM to keep data clean, organized, and actionable.
- Partner with teammates, carriers, and the operations leadership to identify better processes and eliminate friction for clients.
