About the Role

This position is for a board-certified anesthesiologist providing day shift outpatient coverage in a busy Level III Trauma Center with a 1,000-bed capacity. The role involves working alongside CRNAs and managing patients of all ages, with prescriptive authority necessary.

The facility supports quality care with organized workflows and protocols, and the work environment is on-site. The position offers a variable case load, emphasizing comprehensive anesthesia care across diverse clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and patient discussions
• Provide full anesthesia management, including induction, maintenance, and emergence, with 100% hands-on involvement

• Day shift outpatient coverage
• No call duties required
