Loan Servicing Associate

About the role

Lake City Servicing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Servicing Associate to support the accurate and timely servicing of our real estate-backed loan portfolio. This role is responsible for new loan onboarding, lender and borrower communication, insurance and tax tracking, and documentation support throughout the life of the loan. The Loan Servicing Associate works closely with lenders, borrowers, and internal team members to ensure accounts are accurate, documentation is complete, and outstanding items are followed through to resolution.
