Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments

• Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with standards

• Assist with applications for public programs
• Provide education and support to members, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of clinical social work experience
• Master’s degree in social work
• Relevant state licensure within specified timeframes

Skills

• Familiarity with community resources and regulatory issues
• Proficiency with computer software in a Windows environment
