Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Training & Shareholder Development - Human Resources, the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator maintains, updates, and supports all aspects of the Learning Management System, (LMS) across Red Dog Operations. Rotational Schedule will be 2 weeks on-site with 2 weeks off-site Responsibilities Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and proceduresEstablish and promotes the maintenance of a Safe and Healthy working environment; conforms to the Corporate Health, Safety, Environment, and Communities Management Standards and ensures personal compliance with HSEC Management Standards and specific to this roleNetwork with LMS Administrative professionals across the corporation to ensure alignment and standardization on best practice utilization of the learning module and supporting systemsMaintain the LMS for RDO training requirements utilizing the LMS BPP (Business Process Procedure) and supporting documentationTraining and supporting the RDO training team in the use and application of the Learning Module and the supporting tools such as SharePoint, Fast Field or other software programsSupport site users by trouble-shooting issues they encounter in accessing or utilizing the learning management systemPerform audits of the LMS records on a frequent basis to ensure data integrityAssist with course/content development and testing training courses to ensure a high-quality user experience. This includes the use of Articulate 360 or other approved content development toolsAssist with reporting of training system data and KPI’s to include, project status update reports, weekly, monthly, & quarterly training reports and training surveysAssist with the ongoing testing and validation of the LMS software changes and updates. Work with internal department and site stakeholders to facilitate and manage the changesAssist in the evaluation of vendors related to external training courses and learning toolsAssist in the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of site wide training initiativesAssist with the creation, validation, and maintenance of the Learning Assignment Profile rules that connect learning to employees within the Learning ModulePerform other related duties as required Qualifications 2 years’ experience in training or learning management role including working with an LMS in a large, complex organization.
