Litigation Attorney - Hybrid Remote - Philadelphia or Cherry Hill - Established Regional Firm

About the role

This is a Litigation Attorney position with a hybrid‑remote arrangement in Philadelphia, PA or Cherry Hill, NJ. The firm is a regional civil litigation defense practice with 45 attorneys, representing Fortune 500 companies, insurers, municipalities, and individuals in state and federal courts. The attorney will carry a generalist civil defense docket, handling matters from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Defend insurers, corporations, municipalities, and individuals in civil litigation.
• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings.
• Support and serve as second‑chair on trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with National Coordinating and Regional Trial counsel teams on complex multi‑party litigation.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania or New Jersey bar.
• Background in insurance defense.
• Experience in any of the following areas (not required to have all):

Pay

Base salary range: $110,000 – $170,000 per year, plus bonus.
