Litigation Attorney - Hybrid Remote - Philadelphia or Cherry Hill

About the role

You'll defend workers' compensation claims for insurance carriers and self-insured employers across Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey, handling matters at all levels of administrative and appellate proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Defend workers' compensation claims from initial filing through hearings and appeals
• Manage depositions and coordinate expert witness testimony
• Advise carrier and self-insured clients on claim strategy and exposure
• Provide prompt, thorough client reporting to eliminate surprises
• Represent clients across trucking/logistics, retail, heavy industry, and construction sectors

Requirements

• Pennsylvania or New Jersey Bar admission (or eligible to waive in)
• Recent workers' compensation defense experience

Pay

Base salary range: $110,000 – $160,000 per year, plus bonuses
