You'll Carry

• Defend matters from inception through resolution
• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings
• Support and second-chair trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

Looking For

• PA or NJ Bar Admission
• Insurance defense background
• Associate through senior associate levels welcomed
• Any combination of the following is fine, you don't need all of them:

Job Details

You'll carry a generalist civil defense docket defending insurers, corporations, municipalities, and individuals. Work alongside National Coordinating and Regional Trial counsel teams on complex multi-party litigation.
