Litigation Attorney - Hybrid Remote - Philadelphia or Cherry Hill

Founded close to 50 years ago with offices in Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, we are a full-service litigation firm representing a diverse client base that ranges from Fortune 500 companies to small and mid-sized businesses, including insurance carriers, product manufacturers, and healthcare providers. Our workers' compensation group defends carriers and self-insured employers across trucking and logistics, retail, heavy industry, and construction, with a reputation built on aggressive, cost-effective claim resolution.

Responsibilities

• Defend workers' compensation claims for insurance carriers and self-insured employers across Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey, handling matters at all levels of administrative and appellate proceedings.
• Manage depositions and coordinate expert witness testimony.
• Advise carrier and self-insured clients on claim strategy and exposure.
• Provide prompt, thorough client reporting to eliminate surprises.
• Represent clients across trucking/logistics, retail, heavy industry, and construction sectors.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania or New Jersey Bar admission (or eligible to waive in).
• Recent workers' compensation defense experience.

Pay

Base salary range: $110,000 - $160,000 per year + bonuses.
