Insurance Defense Attorney — Hybrid Remote / Philadelphia or Cherry Hill — Established Regional Firm

A regional civil litigation defense firm founded nearly three decades ago, recognized locally, regionally, and nationally. We serve as National Coordinating and Regional Trial counsel for clients in major asbestos and toxic tort litigations, with 45 attorneys across offices in Philadelphia and Cherry Hill. We defend Fortune 500 companies, insurers, corporations, municipalities, and individuals in state and federal courts.

About the role

You'll carry a generalist civil defense docket defending insurers, corporations, municipalities, and individuals. Responsibilities include:

• Defending matters from inception through resolution
• Managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings
• Supporting and second-chairing trials
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Working alongside National Coordinating and Regional Trial counsel teams on complex multi-party litigation

Requirements

• Admission to the PA or NJ Bar
• Insurance defense background
• Associate through senior associate levels welcomed

Pay

Base salary range: $120,000–$200,000, plus performance bonuses.
