Responsibilities
- Handle complex litigation in state and federal forums
- Work with high-profile clients including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies
- Highlight significant matters, types of claims, and industries with experience
- Show practical knowledge, superior writing and communication skills
- Earn a strong academic record
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Admitted to practice law in New York State
- 2-6 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in commercial disputes, especially in key industries
- Labor and employment litigation/arbitration experience is a plus
