Phillips Lytle is seeking an Attorney with 6-8 years of experience handling complex litigation in state and federal forums. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial disputes and highlight significant matters, types of claims, or industries they have worked in.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation in state and federal forums
• Work with high-profile clients from various industries including financial services, environmental and land use, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
• Highlight significant matters, types of claims, or industries with which you have experience
• Show practical knowledge, superior writing and communication skills, and a strong academic record

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Admitted to practice law in New York State or Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in commercial disputes and significant matters, types of claims, or industries highlighted in your application

Pay

Annual salary range for this position is $144,000-$161,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience or other job-related factors permitted by law.
