Phillips Lytle is seeking an Attorney with 4-6 years of experience handling complex litigation in state and federal forums. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial disputes and will highlight significant matters, types of claims, or industries they have worked in.

• Handle complex litigation in state and federal forums
• Work with high-profile clients from industries like financial services, environmental and land use, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
• Highlight significant matters, types of claims, or industries with which you have experience
• Show practical knowledge, superior writing and communication skills, and a strong academic record

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in complex litigation
• Experience in commercial disputes
• High-profile client experience from industries such as financial services, environmental and land use, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
• Practical knowledge, superior writing and communication skills, and a strong academic record

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Admitted to practice law in New York State or Pennsylvania
• Commitment to community engagement and an entrepreneurial spirit

Pay

Annual salary range for this position is $137,000-$153,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience or other job-related factors permitted by law.
