Responsibilities

• Handling a wide range of complex litigation matters, including civil litigation, defense litigation, and insurance defense.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Representing clients in court, presenting evidence to defend clients or argue against the opposition.
• Conducting thorough legal research to support case preparations and provide accurate legal advice to clients.
• Collaborating with our legal team to develop effective defense strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide the most accurate legal advice and representation.
• Participating in trial practice, including jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration hearings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on civil litigation, defense litigation, insurance defense, and trial practice.
• A valid license to practice law in the respective state.
• Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft and review complex legal documents effectively.
• Strong oral advocacy skills, with experience in presenting cases in court.
• Excellent research skills, with a proficiency in using legal databases and online research platforms.
• Ability to manage a high-volume case load while maintaining high-quality work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• High level of professional ethics and integrity.

Pay

$125,000 - $145,000 per year
