Litigation Attorney (6–10 Years) | Fast Partnership Track

The Role

This role is built for a senior associate who wants real ownership over career path, direct visibility with leadership, and a fast path to partnership.

Work directly with the Office Managing Partner as a true right hand, accelerate your path to partnership, help build and shape a growing litigation practice, and gain exposure to sophisticated litigation work with a focus on commercial litigation.

Lower billable expectations with a stronger, more collaborative culture than peer firms, and work on a technology-first platform.

Responsibilities

• Significant responsibility, including trial work
• Manage a mix of commercial disputes, insurance defense, and environmental litigation
• Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and participate in mediations and arbitrations
• Run your own cases with support from a collaborative team
• Work directly with clients, carriers, and firm leadership

Requirements

• 6–10 years of litigation experience
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
• Comfortable taking ownership of matters and client relationships
• Interested in leadership and long-term growth within a firm

$150,000 – $200,000 base + performance bonus
