Litigation Paralegal

Job Details

• Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

• Qualifications:
• Experience as a Paralegal, within litigation
• Strong knowledge of case preparation and legal procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A paralegal certification or equivalent is preferred
• Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the preparation and management of litigation cases from inception through to completion
• Drafting, reviewing, and editing a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Cooking, reviewing, and editing a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery
