Responsibilities
- Maintain case files
- Monitor legal developments
- Cook up coordination with clients and third parties
- Ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements across state and federal jurisdictions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with all phases of litigation
- Drafting and filing pleadings
- Managing e-discovery
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing for trial and post-trial proceedings
Qualifications
Prior experience with personal injury matters strongly preferred.
Salary
USD60000 - USD75000 per year
