Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents
• Cite-check briefs
• Prepare and set up trial war room
• Draft and arrange for service of subpoenas
• Timekeeping
• Calendaring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 4-5 years of experience working as a paralegal with a law firm or in-house legal department required
• MS Office Suite required
• Prior experience using eDiscovery, Relativity, Trial Director a plus
• Trial experience required

Pay

Salary Range: $90-105K
