Litigation Attorney: 5th-7th year
About the role
Cooley LLP seeks a Litigation Attorney to join their business litigation practice group in the Boston office. The ideal candidate should have:
- A solid background in complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white collar matters, and internal investigations.
- Significant litigation experience (5-7 years).
- Experience in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm.
- Project-based experience and the ability to multi-task on high-level assignments.
- Experience working with and overseeing junior associates and business professionals.
- A high level of academic achievement from a law school institution.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have:
- Significant litigation experience (5-7 years).
- Practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm.
- Project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments.
- Experience working with and overseeing junior associates and business professionals.
- A high level of academic achievement from a law school institution.
Pay
The expected annual pay range for this position is $365,000-$420,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
