About the role
The Miami office of Kubicki Draper seeks an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience. First Party property experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions
- Analyze discovery issues
- Prepare reports for clients
- Perform legal research
- Aid in mediation and trial preparation
- Attend court hearings, depositions, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements
- Be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
- Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
- Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in litigation, particularly in the areas of Insurance Defense, 1st Party Property, a plus

- Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
