Liquor Warehouse Specialist

Job Overview

In this unique role, you will ensure that alcoholic beverages are delivered to the appropriate outlets throughout the enterprise while maintaining compliance and following safety guidelines for all operations.

Job Duties

• Receive, store and deploy alcoholic beverages to all Gaming Enterprise outlets and Meadows Golf Course, using industrial equipment or vehicles.
• Maintain perpetual inventories of products within inventory point of sale and account software utilizing Microsoft Office, Micros, and Food Inventory solutions.
• Work closely with Purchasing and Food and Beverage Departments to identify any slow-moving product or item returns.
• Cook up services for special alcohol-related events to ensure adequate and timely staging and removal of products.
• Coordinate services with F&B and Supply Vendors to maintain beer delivery lines.
• Maintain Liquor Warehouse and associated pump rooms for cleanliness.
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness of Liquor Warehouse and areas associated with pump rooms.
• Maintain returned empty keg rotation for deposit credit with beer vendors.
