Pay

Expected pay for this position is $18.80 - $22.12/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.

As an extension of OSF HealthCare, Pointcore leverages decades of experience serving hospitals and clinics of all sizes.

Responsibilities

• Perform and control a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product, including functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery.
• Ensure the efficient flow of products from receipt from vendors to shipment to internal and external customers.
• Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts.

Requirements

• Completion of forklift certification within three months of hire.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented.
• Ability to read, write, and perform simple mathematical calculations for checking and restocking supply carts, filling orders, taking and relaying information, and completing documentation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent accuracy in transcribing data, entering data into computer terminals, writing and taking orders over the phone, and following verbal and written instructions.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year of experience in warehousing or manufacturing.
