Warehouse Operator

As a Warehouse Operator in North PA, you will perform manual duties related to the movement of products and materials and verify the physical accuracy of the shipping and receiving function.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warehouse operations including replenishment of reservoirs, breakdown of materials, material movements, and SAP transactions.
• Safely operate a forklift to retrieve materials from the warehouse when necessary.
• Maintain a safe working environment, utilize appropriate safety equipment, and proactively improve the safety culture of the department.
• Maintain processing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary, and presentable condition; adhere to good Manufacturing Practices and exemplary housekeeping standards.
• Thoroughly and accurately complete all assigned work, including picking stocks, weighing out batches, loading and unloading lorries, packing orders, taking samples, and locating and picking stock in a safe, productive, quality, and accountable manner.
• Ensure stock accuracy where applicable during the shift.
• Perform assigned work such as picking and weighing out materials while following GMP/AIB/ISO guidelines.
• Accurately perform RF Scanner and SAP Transactions.
• Report to the shift leader or supervisor and learn new skills to stay current with the needs of the position in a changing environment.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team to solve problems, develop procedures, and recommend improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
