About The Role
If you love helping people, staying organized, and being part of a vibrant community, this role puts you at the heart of it all. As a Lifestyle Guest Services Associate, you’ll be the friendly face residents and guests rely on for information, event registration, and exceptional customer service. You’ll support daily operations across our Lodges and ensure every interaction reflects the welcoming spirit of Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and guests with professional, friendly customer service
- Provide accurate information about community programs, events, and services
- Register participants for classes, trips, programs, and special events
- Process payments, issue receipts, handle refunds/exchanges, and complete end of day balancing
- Prepare deposits for multiple Lodge locations and follow established financial procedures
- Verify resident and guest eligibility for activities
- Conduct Guest Services rounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper room setup
- Issue work orders, update signage, and maintain promotional materials
- Create hall signage using PowerPoint
- Maintain CPR/AED and First Aid certification and respond to emergencies when needed
- Participate in staff meetings and stay updated through internal communications
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Clear and effective in written and oral English
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience
Skills and Abilities
- Strong customer service orientation and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and office equipment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Ability to interact with a diverse community with professionalism and patience
- Able to create and manage electronic files and folders
Physical Requirements
- Sit for up to 4 hours at a time
- Work at a computer workstation
- Lift/push/pull up to 10 lbs. occasionally
Work Environment
- Indoor, well-lit, temperature-controlled spaces
- Occasional outdoor exposure
Shifts and Hours
- Part-time
- Hours of operation: 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Available to work weekends
