Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure
- Manage guest check-ins, waitlists, and bay assignments efficiently
- Answer questions about GolfSuites offerings, promotions, and policies
- Aid guests with reservations, events, and general inquiries
- Communicate effectively with management and team partners to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
- Uphold GolfSuites standards for safety, service, and hospitality
- Walk guests to their bays
Requirements
- Open availability preferred
- Friday-Sunday Availability is required
- Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of self-awareness, integrity, and receptiveness to feedback
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including maneuvering stairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop and bend
Pay
$10.00 - $11.00 an hour based on experience
