Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Meet and assist visitors in all museum areas, including access control/information desk, gallery, and tour group greetings
- Be familiar with all museum gallery exhibits and events
- Operate interactive equipment
- Staff ticket sales desk as needed
- Perform special projects and assignments as business dictates
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Skills And Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in guest service
- Customer service and communication skills required
- Must be a team player
- Basic computer skills
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and Patriots home games
- Willing to function in all visitor services positions
Physical Demands
- Regularly sit and use hands to handle or feel
- Frequently talk or hear
- Occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

- Noise level in the work environment is sometimes loud
