About the role

The LIFE Enrollment Coordinator is a full-time position based in Steelton, PA. The role is committed to enabling participants and staff to thrive by empowering older adults to remain at home while preserving their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Educate the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program
• Organize community outreach and promotional activities
• Cultivate new relationship opportunities to support enrollment growth

Requirements

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills
• Possess the ability to work effectively within a diverse population
• Goal-driven with a competitive edge
• Established healthcare contacts and networking skills
• Ability to use appropriate sales and marketing techniques to reach diverse social and ethnic groups
• Experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and available resources
• Local travel for work purposes (mileage reimbursed)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
