LIFE Enrollment Coordinator- Uniontown

About the role

The LIFE Enrollment Coordinator plays a crucial role in the mission of Senior LIFE, a program dedicated to providing comprehensive care for the elderly. This position is focused on identifying and enrolling eligible consumers into the LIFE program through various outreach methods.

Responsibilities

• Educate the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program
• Organize and conduct community outreach and promotional activities
• Cultivate new relationships to support enrollment growth

Requirements

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills
• Possess the ability to work effectively within a diverse population
• Goal-driven with a competitive edge
• Established healthcare contacts and networking skills
• Experience with appropriate sales and marketing techniques
• Knowledge of the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and available resources
• Local travel may be required (mileage reimbursed)

Pay

Compensation is based on base salary plus commission per new enrollment.
