What You'll Do
- Support recruitment efforts for online and campus-based graduate programs.
- Guide prospective students through each stage of the enrollment process with clear, timely, and personalized communication.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment processes.
- Build positive relationships with students and help them feel confident in their decision to pursue their education at Maryville.
- Assist newly admitted students with next steps, including registration, orientation, financial aid, and other onboarding activities.
- Partner with Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Success, and Advising teams to help students overcome barriers and stay on track toward enrollment.
- Advocate for students by connecting them with resources and helping resolve concerns throughout their enrollment journey.
- Maintain accurate student records and communications within the CRM system.
- Monitor application progress and proactively follow up regarding missing documents or requirements.
- Support enrollment reporting, data tracking, and administrative processes that help the team meet enrollment goals.
- Ensure a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail across all enrollment-related activities.
- Cook up and coordinate recruitment events, webinars, and engagement initiatives for prospective students.
- Aid in projects designed to enhance recruitment strategies, onboarding experiences, and student engagement efforts.
- Supervise and support student employees by providing training, overseeing projects, and providing progress updates.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize CRM and student information systems.
