Enrollment Coordinator
About the role
The PACE Life Program Enrollment Coordinator assists the team with screening and intake assessments. This position also follows up on visits and Medicaid applications and redeterminations for eligible applicants entering and in the program. This position also coordinates center assessments and works closely with the County Welfare Office and Area Agency on Aging on an ongoing basis for enrollment into the program. The PACE Life Program Enrollment Coordinator assists in marketing and sales efforts including participation in health fairs, presentations to the community and one-on-one follow-up with interested parties. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid NJ Driver’s License, Registration and Insurance are required.
- Experience: Marketing or sales experience in a health care, insurance or similar environment preferred. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word Office Applications required. Bi-Lingual preferred. Minimum 1 year working in senior healthcare preferred.
