LICENSING PROGRAM ANALYST

Multiple positions available in Riverside County. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.

• Classification A: $3,938.00 - $5,090.00 per month
• Classification B: $4,262.00 - $5,561.00 per month
• Classification C: $5,111.00 - $6,692.00 per month
• Classification D: $5,598.00 - $7,351.00 per month

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement orientations/training programs.
• Perform on-site facility evaluations.
• Investigate complaints in licensed and unlicensed facilities.
• Recommend and prepare administrative actions to deny, revoke, or suspend facility licenses.

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment.
• Background investigation clearance required prior to being hired.
• Subject to fingerprinting and criminal record clearance by DOJ/FBI.
• This position requires lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, climbing stairs, sitting for extended periods, and using a computer and keyboard.
• May be subject to overtime.
• Frequent travel required; must be able to take laptop and printer to the field.
• Must possess a valid California Driver's License and show proof at the time of hire.

Qualifications

• Candidates must meet the Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification(s).
• If using education to meet minimum qualifications, unofficial transcripts must be provided with the application.
• Candidates selected for the interview process will be required to show proof of their valid California Driver's License at the time of hire.
• Candidates residing outside of California may be admitted to the job interview but must provide proof of residence in California prior to being eligible for appointment.
