About the role

Responsibilities
- Offer sign-on bonus and annual cash bonus up to $8,000
- Work full-time as a W-2 employee

Requirements
- Must be fully licensed and credentialed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Proficiency in EHR software, telehealth platforms Doxy & VSee, and utilizing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams
Qualifications
Therapists must have:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (MA, MS), Psychology (PhD, PsyD), or related field
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Virginia
- Experience in providing therapy to adults and/or adolescents
- Knowledge of and experience using EHR software and telehealth platforms such as Doxy & VSee
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams
