Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

About the role

LifeStance Health is actively hiring Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We offer full-time W-2 positions with licensed therapists receiving a sign-on bonus, an annual cash bonus up to $8,000, strong work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and both on-site & hybrid options (minimum 3 days in-office).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient care setting.
• Deliver services in-person at clinics and/or via telemedicine using platforms such as Doxy & VSee.

Requirements

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Proficiency in EHR software and telehealth platforms (Doxy & VSee).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.

Pay

Annual income potential of $92,000 to $102,000+, with compensation based on productivity.
