LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidence‑based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in‑person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.
Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Missouri.
- We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
Qualifications
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.

Pay
- Competitive compensation model based on productivity – up to $80,000–$101,000 per year, no cap
- Annual cash bonus incentive
- Sign‑on bonus
