LifeStance Health is actively hiring Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We offer full-time W-2 positions with strong work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and both on-site & hybrid options (minimum 3 days in-office).
Responsibilities
- Provide evidenced-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient care setting.
- Deliver care both in-person at clinics nationwide and via telehealth platforms.
- Utilize EHR software, telehealth platforms (Doxy & VSee), and Microsoft 365/Teams.
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Proficiency in EHR software, telehealth platforms (Doxy & VSee), and Microsoft 365/Teams.

Pay
Annual income potential: $92,000 to $102,000+, with compensation based on productivity.
