Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

LifeStance Health is actively hiring Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Responsibilities

• Deliver evidenced-based, medically driven mental healthcare to adult and/or child and adolescent populations in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct telehealth sessions using Doxy and VSee, and manage documentation in EHR software and Microsoft 365/Teams.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other licensed therapists within a unified care model.

Requirements

• Current full licensure in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience providing therapy to adults and/or children/adolescents.
• Proficiency with EHR software, telehealth platforms (Doxy, VSee), and Microsoft 365/Teams.

Pay

Annual income potential of $92,000 to $102,000+, with compensation based on productivity.
