About the role
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. The Licensed Spa Coordinator ensures a memorable experience for spa guests by providing exceptional service and managing daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and coach staff members
- Conduct outreach marketing for the spa
- Manage daily operations, including inventory and monitoring of daily goals and budgets
- Provide orientation tours, explaining spa amenities and answering guests' questions
- Offer detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail, and programming promotions
- Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area
Requirements
- Valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
- 2 years of experience leading a team to financial success
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and money-handling skills
- Strong communication, listening, and computer skills
- Team-player mindset
Pay
$20/hour for all hours worked, plus commission of $46+ per session, with monthly bonus opportunities.
