Licensed Spa Coordinator, San Francisco

About the role

The Licensed Spa Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a memorable experience for our Spa guests. This position involves interviewing, hiring, and coaching staff members, managing daily operations, providing orientation tours, and promoting the spa and its offerings.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and coaching staff members
• Outreach marketing for the spa
• Managing daily operations including inventory and monitoring of daily goals and budgets
• Providing orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guests' questions
• Providing detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation
• Actively promoting the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programming promotions
• Handling guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area

Requirements

• Must possess a valid California Massage Therapy license
• Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills
• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and money handling skills
• Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
• Able to be a team player

Benefits

Pay

$20/hr for all hours worked, plus commission of $46+ per session, with monthly bonus opportunity.
