Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, the hospital system, local mental health agencies, law enforcement, EMS and other stakeholders.
  • Performing Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals.
  • Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback to ensure proper triage, assessment and linkage to appropriate level of care.
  • Completing crisis assessment, lethality assessments and other clinical tools to determine the treatment course.
  • Utilizing crisis de-escalation skills when necessary to ensure safety of clients and staff.

Requirements

  • Unencumbered license issued by a governing body regulating human service professions.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served.
  • Must be fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina as a LCSW/LCMHC.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or Higher.

Skills

  • Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance required.
  • CPR, first aid, NCI and/or relevant certification, a plus.

Pay

Pay Range: base per hour + shift differential

Schedule

8p-8a, Thursday, Saturday

Pre-Employment Screening

  • Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
  • Drug testing.
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
  • Proof of employment history or references (if required).
  • Positions that require driving: Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
