Licensed Social Worker / Licensed Counselor / Behavioral Health Urgent Care

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, the hospital system, local mental health agencies, law enforcement, EMS and other stakeholders.
• Performing Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals.
• Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback to ensure proper triage, assessment and linkage to appropriate level of care.
• Completing crisis assessment, lethality assessments and other clinical tools to determine the treatment course.
• Utilizing crisis de-escalation skills when necessary to ensure safety of clients and staff.

Requirements

• Unencumbered license issued by a governing body regulating human service professions.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities required by the population and age to be served.
• Must have valid driver’s license and automotive insurance.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or relevant certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Higher.
• Fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina as a LCSW/LCMHC.

• 8a-8p, Thursday-Saturday

Pay

• Shift Differential Pay- 10% weekend days
