Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Medical Telemetry - Full-Time - Day

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care based on a delegated plan, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Monitor and document patient status, including vital signs, drains, dressings, and lab results.
• Communicate patient observations and changes to healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Administer and document medications per policy.
• Use specialized equipment for data collection and orient patients and families to routines.
• Perform additional patient care duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
• At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent training, such as residency programs or transition programs.
• Current LPN license recognized by NCSBN Compact or the state of practice.

This role does not include management responsibilities and reports to a supervisor or manager.
