Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Medical Telemetry - Full-Time, Nights

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care based on a delegated plan, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Monitor and document patient status, including vital signs, dressings, drains, and lab values.
• Communicate patient observations and responses to healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records.
• Collect and record data using specialized equipment and orient patients and families to routines.
• Administer and document medications per policy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.
• At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent training, residency programs, or program enrollment.
• Current LPN licensure recognized by the NCSBN Compact or the state of practice.
• Ability to perform delegated nursing functions and communicate effectively.

Schedule

Work primarily during night shifts at a medical telemetry department.
