Licensed or IT Therapist - Family Centered Treatment

About the role

We are seeking passionate Therapists to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team, providing home-based, trauma-informed support to families in Jefferson, Columbia, and Dodge counties. Our FCT model aims to stabilize and reunify families by helping them leverage their strengths and address intergenerational trauma.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to a small caseload
• Learn and apply the FCT model with certification support
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families and community partners
• Flexible scheduling, including some evening hours
• Participate in supervision and caregiver support systems

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Practicum experience aligned with services
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Eligibility for WI licensure or training
• Successful background check completion
